Thanks for coming back for the third installment of the blog I’m writing in association with The Playground Los Angeles, A Young Actors Conservatory. As I mentioned earlier, before I begin tackling broader acting related themes, I think it’s useful to know my story. How one kid from a small town moved to the big city to give acting a shot.
Welcome back! I’m glad that you’ve returned for the 2nd installment of this blog series that I’m writing in conjunction with The Playground Los Angeles, Gary Spatz’s Young Actors Conservatory.
Gary Spatz really is such an inspiring guy and his acting school is a unique and special place that has changed the lives of so many young people. I’m really excited to be a part of the impact that Gary makes in the world. To have been invited as one of the teachers on his senior staff to share some of my stories and experiences in this blog is an real honor.
I’m excited to be beginning a blog series in conjunction with The Playground Los Angeles, Gary Spatz’s fantastic Young Actors Conservatory. I am a professional actor, a member of the senior teaching staff at The Playground and also an AmSAT certified teacher of the Alexander Technique.
In the blog entries to come I hope to share some of my thoughts, feelings, stories, and experiences as an actor, teacher and creative person living life in Los Angeles. Hopefully some of these insights from my journey will be useful to you the reader and if nothing else perhaps they’ll be a little entertaining.
